Let’s keep this simple: you’re not buying socks. You’re paying for custom work, built from scratch by actual professionals who know what the hell they’re doing. That means once we start, your money’s already hard at work—and it’s not coming back just because you got cold feet or found a Fiverr guy with “good vibes.”

❌ Before We Start

Changed your mind before we write a single line of code, deploy a bot, or design a pixel? Cool. You get a full refund. We’ll even pretend not to be annoyed.

⚠️ After We Start

Once work begins, refunds are off the table. You’ll be billed for what we’ve done up to that point. That includes strategy, design, development, and all the time we spent deciphering your 1AM “quick ideas.”

✅ Finished Projects

If we’ve delivered the goods? Game over. No refunds. You approved it, we shipped it. It's yours now—like that bad tattoo you thought was a good idea in college.

🔁 Ongoing Services (IT Support, Ads, Maintenance, etc.)

Retainer or subscription-based? You can cancel with [30 days] notice, but we don’t do prorated refunds or rollover hours. We’re not your mobile data plan.

🧾 Stuff That’s 100% Non-Refundable

• Third-party fees (hosting, ads, domains, paid plugins, etc.)

• Custom development time

• The consequences of ignoring our advice (good luck with that)
