Welcome to ImagineWeb. By using our services, you're agreeing to not only work with some of the best minds in IT and AI—but also to these Terms and Conditions. If that’s cool with you, read on. If not, we’re confused why you’re still here.

Services Provided

  • Comprehensive IT Management & Support

  • User Training & Onboarding

All services are subject to availability, scope agreements, and a mutual understanding that we’re here to make your life easier, not harder.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information for us to do our job

  • Pay us on time (we like money, just like you do)

  • Not ghost us mid-project (we’re good, but not psychic)

  • Use our services legally and ethically—no shady stuff

Project Timelines

​

​We work fast, but not time-machine fast. Timelines will be agreed upon in writing, and any delays caused by missing info, approvals, or last-minute “I changed my mind” moments may shift the delivery date. We’ll always keep you in the loop.

Payment & Refunds

​

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your individual project agreement.

  • Late payments may result in project delays, additional fees, or passive-aggressive worded emails.

  • No refunds once work has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

​

  • Once you’ve paid in full:

  • You own your website, content, and any custom AI tools built specifically for you.

  • We retain the right to show off our work in our portfolio unless you tell us not to (but c’mon, let us brag a little).

Confidentiality

 

We don’t spill secrets. Any sensitive info you share with us stays between us, unless we’re required by law to disclose it (which hopefully never happens).

Third Party Tools & Integrations

​

We may use third-party services (e.g., analytics, APIs, ad platforms). We're not responsible if they go down or change how they work. But if they break your stuff, we’ll do our best to fix it. Free of cost.

Limitation of Liability

​

We’ll do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but we’re not liable for:

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Downtime caused by third-party platforms

  • Client-induced chaos "I accidentally deleted the homepage"

Support & Maintenance

 

Ongoing support, IT management, or site maintenance must be outlined in a separate agreement. Otherwise, once your project is done, we ride off into the digital sunset (unless you bring us back with a new task, support plan or More moneys).

Termination

​

Either party can end a project with written notice. You’ll pay for the work completed up to that point, and we’ll hand over what’s been done. No hard feelings (unless you ghost us—then maybe a little).

Changes to these Terms.

 

We may update these Terms occasionally. You’ll find the most recent version here, and continued use of our services means you're still cool with them.
